If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

- courier services
- customs
- weather
- public holidays
- events outside our control
Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days provided the item is:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in original condition
- with tags attached
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the customer's responsibility.
Sale items may not be eligible for refund unless required by law.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product:
- is faulty
- significantly different from its description
- unsafe
- does not do what it is supposed to do
you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Actual colours may vary due to:

Minor variations between images and the product do not constitute a fault.

- graphics

is owned by ZEF and protected by Australian copyright laws.
